If the FAQ does not help, please fill out the fields below to submit a question or to report an issue. Please be as specific as possible to facilitate the troubleshooting process. The information provided will be key to answer your question or solve a reported issue.

What happens next:
Once the Support Request Form is filled and submitted, a case will be generated and you will be provided with a case number as reference.

Please zip (compress) files to attach multiple documents.


Please attach screen shots of the issue. Press the Print Screen key (PRT SC) then copy and paste into a doc (CTRL + V) and attach. Supported documents e.g. MS Word, Excel, JPG, PNG.
